The room was clean and well presented and had all that we were looking for. We were able to cook a meal. The area was quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately it was only a brief overnight stay but would be more than happy to spend longer there next time.

Great room with lovely view of the peak of Mt Tasman and Mt Cook and the staff were wonderful. No hassle stay in a great town.

The enchanting ambiance and views
Waking up to amazing views of Mt. Tasman from our balcony while sipping tea was a magical start to each day.
The room bathroom seemed a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. The heat during the day made the lack of a fan noticeable at times.

The beautiful mountain view from our room was very nice! The place was clean and spacious, but the heater didn't work properly, and the shower pressure was quite low 😕

The staff were very knowledgeable of the area. Recommended a great place to eat. Pointed out a great spot to see the glacier and offered great discounts on the helicopter flights onto the glacier, unfortunately cloud cover made it impossible to fly. The mountain views from our room were exceptional.
Unfortunately we did run out of hot water in the shower.

Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would consider staying here again. Room was new-fashioned and stylish, the place itself was pleasant. The hotel's position was stunning and lovely, not far from restaurants and caffes, Sunset Motel and an open garden shared across all rooms.

Lovely big bed.Enjoyed the Spa. Nice rural outlook.
We have never come across a sign expecting us to wash our own dishes at a motel before.A bit tricky with no tea towel. We were wondering if we had to make our own bed as well!!

Good location.
Bed mattresses too soft-uncomfortable. No sofa bed available for accompanying child. The folding bed provided was horrible and exra charge for this bed was high.
